Management Team

The Dinku Deyasa Foundation (DDF) is committed to having strong and effective leadership. The foundation’s leadership team is responsible for setting the foundation’s vision, mission, and goals, as well as overseeing its day-to-day operations. The leadership team is also responsible for ensuring that the foundation is accountable to its stakeholders and that its funds are used in a responsible and transparent manner.

The foundation’s leadership team is composed of a diverse group of individuals with a wide range of skills and experiences. The team includes representatives from the Oromo community, as well as individuals with expertise in education, healthcare, economic development, social justice, and culture.

The foundation’s leadership team is committed to working collaboratively and transparently. The team meets regularly to discuss the foundation’s progress and to make decisions about its future direction. The team also regularly reports to the foundation’s stakeholders on its activities and finances.
